What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• Your servers: plan, location, Windows version, IP address and the generated Windows password (stored encrypted).
• Invoices and the public blockchain transactions that paid them.
• Support tickets and their messages.
• Your IP address, briefly, to rate-limit sign-in attempts.

We don't ask for your name, ID documents, card or bank details.

How it's used

Only to run your servers, process payments, answer support and keep the service safe from abuse.

Who else sees it

• Our infrastructure providers, which run the servers and our database.
• Our support team, who read ticket messages through Telegram.
• Public blockchains, where every crypto payment is visible by nature.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

What we don't see

We don't access the files on your server. If you change your Windows password, we no longer know it.

Retention and deletion

Deleted servers are removed from our infrastructure. Account, invoice and ticket records are kept while your account exists. Open a support ticket to have your account deleted.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
